What we collect: Your name, mobile number, email address, and village/address. If you register a shop, we also collect your shop details. If you register as a delivery partner, we also collect your vehicle details.

Why we collect it: To create and secure your account, show you nearby shops, process your orders, arrange delivery, and contact you about your orders.

Who can see it: The shop you order from and the delivery partner assigned to your order see only what they need to fulfil it (your name, phone number, order details, delivery address). We do not sell your data to anyone.

Your password: Stored only in encrypted (hashed) form. We cannot see your actual password.

Your rights: You can ask us to correct or delete your account data at any time by contacting the shop/platform owner.

Consent: By creating an account, you agree to this policy and consent to being contacted by phone or email regarding your orders and account.
